These terms govern your purchase and use of products from Leadline Data — Waterfront Lists, the Parcel Intel API, and Custom Datasets (together, the "products"). By buying or using a product, you agree to these terms. Leadline Data is operated by Horizon Nexus, Inc.

What you're buying

Our products are datasets and data access compiled from public county and state property records — parcel and assessment data governments publish for public inspection. Products contain owner names, mailing addresses, parcel locations, and assessed values. They do not contain phone numbers, email addresses, or nonpublic personal information.

License & permitted use

• On payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered data for your own business purposes — marketing, direct mail, prospecting, research, or building your own tools.
• You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the raw dataset or API results as a standalone data product, or make them available to third parties as data. Using the data to run your own campaigns or services is fine; reselling the file is not.
• Custom Datasets are licensed to the ordering party under the same terms unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for using the data lawfully, including any direct-mail, marketing, and data-protection rules that apply to you.
• You may not use the data to harass, stalk, or unlawfully discriminate against any person, or for any purpose prohibited by law.
• If a property owner asks us to suppress their record, we will honor it in future deliveries; you agree to honor a suppression request we pass on to you.

Accuracy & refunds

We compile from public records and quality-check every delivery, but public records contain errors and go out of date, so we can't guarantee every record is perfect. If a dataset you received is materially inaccurate, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it or refund it. Because data is delivered digitally and can't be returned, refunds outside that case are at our discretion.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown per product; Custom Datasets are quoted per scope before you pay.

Parcel Intel API

• API access is sold as prepaid credits. Credits are consumed per call as described on the product page and do not expire.
• The API is in early access. We provide it "as is" and do not currently offer an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. We may apply reasonable rate limits and may suspend a key for abuse or non-payment.
• Your API key is yours to protect; you're responsible for calls made with it.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The products are provided for informational and business use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizon Nexus, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in the products is legal, financial, or investment advice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
