This policy covers this website and the products we operate under Leadline Data: Waterfront Lists, the Parcel Intel API (an MCP server), and Custom Datasets.

What we collect

• Email and messages you send us. When you request a sample, an API key, a custom dataset, or a product by email, we keep that correspondence so we can deliver what you asked for.
• Payment details — handled by Stripe, not us. Purchases go through Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares your email and receipt details with us so we can deliver your purchase. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• API usage. If you use the Parcel Intel API, we log requests (key, tool called, timestamp, credits charged) for billing, abuse prevention, and support. API keys are stored hashed.
• Basic web analytics. Standard aggregate page analytics (page views, referrers). We do not run cross-site ad trackers.

About the property data we sell

Our lists and API serve information about properties and their owners compiled from public county and state property records — the same parcel and assessment data counties publish for public inspection. It contains owner names, mailing addresses, parcel locations, and assessed values. It does not contain phone numbers, email addresses, or any nonpublic personal information, and none of it comes from our customers or site visitors.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent our customers' personal information.
• We don't share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to run the business (payment processing, email, hosting).
• We don't send marketing email unless you asked for something from us, and any such email includes a working unsubscribe.

Retention & your choices

We keep purchase and API-usage records as long as needed for accounting and support. Want your email correspondence deleted, your API key revoked, or a copy of what we hold about you? Email us and we'll take care of it — usually within a few business days.

If you're a property owner on one of our lists

The data about your property came from public county records. If you'd like your record suppressed from future deliveries of our lists, email us the property address and we'll exclude it.
